Solar-Tec Systems, Inc. is a California Solar Energy
Contractor that is seeking high-level independent sales
professionals. We are a Better Business Bureau rated A+
Solar Contractor that is expanding and hiring marketing
representatives in all California counties for our new
residential solar electric system leasing program. Solar-Tec
Systems, Inc. is looking for full and part time salesmen
that have their own marketing strategy into their local
residential homeowner market. You must develop all
residential solar electric system leasing program leads in
your local area. The Solar Electric System Leasing
independent agent would be payed 10% of all residential
solar electric system leases sold.
Our new Zero Down residential solar electric system lease
program will save the customer between 25 to 40 percent off
of his/her current utility bill. Homeowners will save money
every month on their utility bill. To qualify, homeowners
must have electric bills over $250, a FICO score of 700 +
and a south or west facing roof suitable for 200-500 square
feet of solar panels. Each residential solar electric system
installed will have a web based monitoring system to see the
electrical production in real time. A 5 kWh residential
solar electric system lease averages over $29,000!
Solar-Tec Systems, Inc. would design the residential solar
electric system, prepare the contract, and supply an AutoCAD
layout of the solar electric system on the roof of the
client’s home for presentation. A sales professional should
be able to pick this up quickly and start making 6 to 10k a
month and have flexible hours. You will need to study the
Residential Solar Electric System Leasing Program and take a
Webinar class with a solar lease specialist. We will provide
additional training until you are comfortable on your own.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Ability to build rapport with prospective customers
• Deliver outstanding presentations that create a high sense
of urgency to act now
• Resolve concerns and eliminate obstacles to going solar
• Have their own marketing plan to acquire prospective
customers
• Canvassing, Call Centers, Telemarketing, Cold Calling will
be required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Self-Starter, able to work with minimal supervision
• Previous solar sales experience NOT required; however,
previous solar education is helpful
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a
fast-paced environment
• High urgency, high energy, positive enthusiastic,
self-driven
• Reliable vehicle and insurance
• Clean DMV record
• Professional Attitude and Appearance
• Dependable with good work ethic
• Able to work from your own home office computer
